Physical exercise means movement of our limbs. Human body is not a machine. A machine can be kept in a place without movement. But human body must be moved and stirred up. Otherwise it turns to be inactive and immobile.

To keep body hale and hearty, one should also take balanced diet. One should drink clean water to keep fit. By keeping fit one can be productive.
